• Customized, event, or bulk orders must be booked in advance.
• Changes to orders may not be possible once preparation has begun.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to ingredient unavailability, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect information.

All prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.
Shipping charges are calculated separately unless part of a promotional offer.
✧ Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or location.
Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address information.

Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, returns are not accepted.
Refunds or replacements are offered only in verified cases of damage, missing items, or incorrect orders, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
