You will receive a dispatch update once your chocolates are shipped.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:
• Within Kerala: 2–4 business days
• Across India: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather, or remote locations.

Your chocolates are packed in insulated, secure packaging to preserve taste, texture, and presentation.
During warmer weather, thermal wraps or cooling packs may be added.
While we take every precaution, slight softening due to extreme transit temperatures may occasionally occur and is beyond our control.
✧ Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and package weight.
Complimentary shipping may be available during special promotions or on large orders.
✧ Address & Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery details and contact number are accurate and reachable.
Re-shipping charges will apply if a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability.
