At Luvocoa Chocolatier, every chocolate is handcrafted in small batches using the finest ingredients. Because our creations are perishable and made-to-order, we follow a carefully designed return and refund policy to ensure fairness and product quality.

✧ No Return Policy

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of chocolates, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

✧ Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
• The product was damaged beyond conception.
• The wrong item was delivered
• The order was missing items

To request support, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Our team will review the request and offer a suitable solution, which may include replacement, store credit, or partial refund.

Refunds cannot be issued in these situations:
• Slight melting or softening due to weather conditions
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Delivery delays caused by courier services
• Personal taste preferences
We take every precaution with insulated packaging to preserve freshness during transit.

✧ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched.
Customized or event orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

✧ Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.
